Yesterday I was the grill cook at my Grand Daughter's birthday party and I was so busy I did surprisingly well not over eating. I took a short walk towards the mountain before the party and the rest of my steps came from entertaining our guest. I ate under goal but did not meet my daily protein goal and I met all activity goals...
