Monthly Weigh-in. Ouch. I know that some of this is muscle, but I also know that some of it is due to my very poor eating habits this last month. I have talked about it a few times just this week on my Instagram. It's a blend of laziness, stress, and depression. I have made bad choices and felt guilty while making them, but not guilty enough to not do it... I have a few options here, all involve bringing my intake under control. One of my Marine brothers is in town and he said I should be bulking right now, and then in a few weeks start cutting (the fat). He also believes, just looking at me, that I haven't much fat left to begin with. I have heard of this concept for lifters, but honestly I need to do more research on it. I also intend to make some new goals, because I find that once I attained my weightloss goal, I didn't know what I was fighting for anymore. I know I'm not satisfied. I have to remember that health and fitness is a journey, not a destination.
