I did great yesterday until I went out for dinner with a group of friends. the dang does your got me again. Even though I did fine during the meal. So this morning I woke up at 5:30 a.m. so I could start cooking and preparing my meals for the day. Just taking a little bit of action already made me feel better. Today I'm planning to be a success.
