For a healthy weight and the younger ones are more stupid aiming for things like 25kg 40kg and 45 kg no wonder their parents force them to eat big meals

Thanks Phooka. The usual large first week drop exceeded my expectations. My aim is 5lbs per week for the next 5 weeks but I can feel the urge to snack! best of luck to you to.
