So keeping on track is a bit more difficult than I thought it would be. However, seeing other people’s examples of specific daily calorie diets is helping me to get an idea of what to shoot for. My NUT has me on a 1,500 calorie per day diet, but so far hasn’t restricted what I can eat, but I’m finding that this app in particular lets me see where I’m lagging and where I’m wasting available calories. I talked to Chelsea about it and told her it’s not that anybody said I have to give up soda pop, I just don’t have the calories to spare on something like that. Looking at calories like a budget is very helpful.
