I have no choice just to back on track... but I can’t live without this small treats like a bit of wine or cake... and I can’t understand why after 1 week of healthy food and some wine I lost all my progress🤦🏼♀️🤬

Don't beat yourself up to much.
I wish I could allow myself the cheat meals or a scotch and coke here and their. I'm way to strict on myself and I miss out on things because of it.
Their is a fine line and I think you have found it pretty good!

better one week than multiple weeks. i blew an entire month once from one week of my dad visiting! just jump right back up and keep going...the only way you lose more time is if you quit
