Today might be a fasting day! Saturday I was feeling really awful and achy. Sunday I was drained and exhausted, I ended up taking a 3hr nap with my lil daughter!!!
I stuck to a keto woe. But still feeling weak. I need to get my juicer out of storage to make some celery juice
This week I have a little bit of fun stuff planned!!! Lots of BJJ, MMA, wrestling, parkour, walks with friends, play dates, babysitting my niece and nephew, hair and lash appts, online shopping, baking, going out to eat, a boat ride to the islands, holiday crafts, science and art projects.
Today’s goal is to drink a lot more water!!!
