I'm a little disappointed in myself. I went away this weekend and tried to stay on track with my diet but it was hard, especially when you're staying with people who believe carbohydrates are the staple of every meal. They think I'm too skinny at 188 lbs, that should tell you what I was dealing with. I only get to see them once or twice a year, so if I have to take a hit to my diet while visiting with them so be it.
I've been doing really good with the emotional eating. I've been considering breaking up with my boyfriend and that would usually sent me right for the sweets, especially chocolate. When I feel like grabbing sone food instead I grab my phone and play a game. i just hope I'm not swapping one addition for another.
