I survived day 1 of the "three day wonder diet," and am down a bit for my effort. I call it the "wonder diet" because it's a wonder that I can stick with such a small amount of food, LOL! But only for 3 days, surely I can last THAT long??? I spent about 23 minutes on the treadclimber last night, and found that if I record my exercise on an elliptical that the calories are about the same. Well I burned more calories than if I was walking, but probably less than if I was running (something I'm not sure I can still do, *sad face*). But the old elliptical came close, and I think the treadclimber will too, assuming I actually USE the thing! In the past I've bragged that my cardio equipment is NOT used as a clothes rack, and that's not gonna happen with the treadclimber, either!
