Happy New Year!
Extremely busy December and it looks like January is going to be the same. I worked through Christmas because most were on holidays. I did have New Years eve off, but did nothing but watch movies and treat myself to a heavenly meal.
Well the crunch is down towards my goal weight and I feel like I'm on the right track. Just shy of 30 lbs down. I don't think I'd have been as successful if it weren't for fat secret. Even without filling out my food journal here, I am filling it out in my food journal book.
Allright, I am outta here and will continue on the journey.
I have a bit of time to look around the site here for my next challenge and scour four recipes and news.
