Good morning!
As so often before these days, I am up early. Not crazy early like sometimes, but early. It's 3:21 AM, and I'm supposed to be up in 40 minutes or so.
I've been up for about 20 minutes, awake for about an hour.
It's interesting. Lately, when I wake up early, I will argue with myself to get my butt on the exercise bike, and move. Today was the opposite. I was so keen on going, but talked myself out of it. Today is recovery day, and I do want to respect that. I've had two days at the gym, so today is recovery before going again tomorrow.
I think I'm gonna shoot for 4 weekly visits to the gym. I like it there so far, and I hope it can keep my interest peaked. If I am interested, I'll go - it's so much easier when I don't have to convince myself to go. It's right around the corner, doesn't take long and it's a nice place. Not really much reason to NOT go, right? There's even a free cup of coffee. :)
Today, I am down 300 gram. That's pretty good. Not a crazy loss like I have seen now and then lately, but a reasonable loss considering I am on a Tuesday after an Indulgence Day. More will come over the week - I am sure of that.
Yesterday I was kinda peckish all day, but I did fine resisting it. I had a large bowl of soup for lunch, and that filled me up. I put lots of chili sauce in there. I find that hot foods fill me up longer. They satisfy me in a different way, and I use that to my advantage, especially when I am hungry.
Dinner was roasted chicken and veggies. Very nice.
Today will be a reasonably quiet day at work again. I have two interviews to attend to, and a little bit of paper work. Not too bad, but enough to keep me occupied through the day without being too bored.
After work I'm going rocking with the kids. I wonder how many will show up. It's been a VERY quiet team this year.
I'm seriously considering shutting down that class. It's really fun to do, and good money. However, there are so few students on it, it really seems like a waste to go and do it.
If I can spend the time on teaching weight loss, then I think I'd rather do that. I could use some more experience doing it, and I think it'd be a much more "popular" class. I think I can draw more people - who will actually pay out of their own pockets - to go do that class.
I have looked further into teaching, setting up a company etc. If I have less than 19 clients in classes through the year, then I can do it as a private person, and just pay tax on it. This might pay off for me for now. If I do register as a company, then I will get some tax benefits, but I will also have to pay a ton of fees. I gotta work out if this is at all something that will pay off for me. Let's see. There are still a lot of details I gotta work out.
If I have time, I will look at making some advertisements for my class, and see where that takes me.
Today, I'm thankful for: - Waking up early, feeling awake, strong, lighter. It's a great feeling. - Morning coffee. - Spending my early morning with Kitty Cat. Snuggled up next to me. :)
