Well, I'm back. Oh, I had plenty of excuses, right up to and during the holidays, when I gorged myself like it was going out of style. But really, it is a matter of getting back to my routine of better health.
I joined a gym today, because I know the daily walks outside thing is not really going to happen consistently during the winter--the fall was enough to prove that to me. Walking is fine, but I need a regular class (or hopefully, more than one per week), to which I will be committed. And going with the gym, I should be able to pick at least 2 things a week to do regularly, and then (hopefully) drop in on others from time to time, as I see fit, and/or when circumstances force me to miss one of the regular ones.
