Probably going to go over my RDI today, I had McD's for breakfast and were going to my brothers for dinner. I think hes grilling brats, and a local brewery has a limited edition pineapple upside down beer that theyre releasing today... I like beer but I dont drink much. I was planning on picking up a 4 pack and enjoying a couple of those tonight. Im expecting that Ill be up tomorrow, and thats ok. Ill be drinking a lot of water today, and Ill keep my lunch low.
I dont know whats happening, but my back is just so sore. I could really use a foam roller/chiro/massage/muscle relaxer... whatever I can get my hands on first :D. Seriously though, I dont know if its sore from lifting this week, or if Im sleeping weird.
My goals today are: Run a bajillion errands on lunch Update planner make a list for the weekend drink so much water
NSV: This is hard to come up with every day. Im not sure I have one today.
Gratitude: Im thankful for my dogs Luna and Sasha, who are excited to see me every single day when I get home from work. I know my family loves me, but they dont cry or pee themselves when I come home every day. I guess I should be grateful for that too.
