well !! here we are, Monday morning! I fluctuated a lot over the week between water/waste, and I am just now starting my shark week. but I'll take any loss. I researched more this week and I think I figured out some major points for myself.
my gym got a row machine so I am now in love. people were excited to use it the first night but now I see people shy to try it. usually when I jump on, someone finally takes the other one.
on the flip side, I am still too shy to lift alone. (but this is part of why I am on this wellness journey - I want to be more confident in my body just taking up space.) I am going to need to since I am starting school again. I exercised super late the last few nights to work myself into my new routine.
I apologize in advance for all my whining about school this semester!
