I gained because I've been eating like a monster. I'm almost positive it's because I'm PMS'ing, but it still sucks. But it's not the end of the world, this is ONE week that I've been slacking, and if I put in the dedication and spend a week not slacking I can get back to my routine and be fine.
Either way I'm still totally pumped about the 100 pushups thing, and my friend just went for a walk with me and we're going to start running so I'm stoked about that. Especially because we're around the same fitness level I think, I'm probably a little more fit than she is but I seriously suck so bad at running, and she said she used to run a lot. So that's cool, I'm okay with her seeing me huffing and puffing. hahah.
But yeah all of my abs and chest and shoulder muscles feel worked from all the pushups I did yesterday and it's like a constant reminder that I'm working on myself and improving, so it feels really good. I want to push hard like that all the time.
Now I just need to get my food back under control, which should be easy when I'm done having raging female hormones. Honestly I'm glad I just eat a lot instead of turning into an emotional psychopath. Hahahah.
