Going to start recording weight for now.
plan is to get back to the gym and get hooked first.
in a month or 2, to record my activity, and near april to actually record and limit my food intake.

main issue with the last diet was me falling unconscious from lack of ... ? something. either salt or sugars or something else.
whatever it was.

this time round I'm going to get my exercise going, then limit to 2500. after a few months of tracking weight I can see if 2500 is stable for me or ifI need to lower further.
89,8 kg Bisher verloren: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14,8 kg.    Diät befolgt: Schlecht.
