I really wanted to go jogging this morning, but my plans were foiled.
It's been raining all night, and it's still raining.
And my legs are all sore from running the other day, but I would have stretched and gone anyway if it wasn't raining.

Now I'm kind of regretting not just going anyway, but I've twisted my right ankle twice before in the past (not while jogging) and it still pops and cracks all of the time, and I wouldn't want to slip on wet grass/sidewalk and hurt it again.
Also yesterday it hurt a lot so I'm thinking I should be careful running too much on it.

So I've gone back down in weight a little bit,
but also I started my dot and realized that's probably exactly why I shot up from 139 again in the first place.
When I pms I eat ridiculous amounts of food, but not five extra pounds worth. hahaha.

Anyway so I'm burning tons of candles and I hung up a really colorful sarong in one of my windows where the blinds were broken, so I feel happy despite my jogging plans being foiled.

I'm rooting for you all! :)
