My 6 weeks of aggressive fat loss ended yesterday. Heres my numbers:
256 - 242.5 (Yesterdays weight) = 13.5 Diff in cm: Chest 111 - 109.5 = 1.5 Right Arm 42 - 40 = 2 Left Arm 41.5 - 39.5 = 2 Hips* (women) 117 - 116 = 1 Waist 2" Above 112 - 105.4 = 6.6 Waist On Naval 124 - 120.4 = 3.6 Waist 2" Below 126 - 120.3 = 5.7 Right Thigh 71 - 68.2 = 2.8 Left Thigh 70 - 69 = 1
Im working on my plan of what to do next. I wasnt as aggressive as I should have been. My average cals were higher than recommended for the program. Its recommended to take a week or two at maint before starting another diet since it can be mentally taxing. I dont know that I want to wait two weeks, I really wanted to be a bit lower by Thanksgiving when I saw my family. Not that they are going to notice 3 pounds different but... I will.
Today I will do the figures and see where I "should" be for maintenance. Yesterday I ate like an asshole but it really wasnt that satisfying. I hate feeling like Im in limbo and dont know what to do.
