WATER WEIGHT (among other things)
I knew yesterdays w/i wasnt for real but I still let it get me down. Did OK yesterday with not shoving food in my face, but I still have work to do. I didnt go to the gym because of tummy troubles. I did however play around with my new colored pencils and black sketch book. Ive never had one with black pages before, and Ive never seriously (well "seriously") done anything with colored pencils so its a nice challenge that Im enjoying.
Today, my kid was 100000000000% better, Im in a better mindset, and Im ready to make this day happen.
