Had just 1 week of just eating what I wanted n drinking alcohol 🙈 1 week wow. Back on low carb n calorie counting today so I'm hoping to reverse the damage in a week or so. I have stayed under my target weight though .
76 kg Bisher verloren: 16,4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Yeah I did lol.... sometimes a blow out makes u realise that eating crap n drinking is absolutely no good for mind or body. But boy did it taste nice 😁

I think you will reverse the gain, given time. I have been told to gain 1 LB you need to eat 3500 cals. more that your body needs, and to lose 1 LB you have to make a difference of 4200 cals. less that your body needs, its just not fair. I am not sure this is correct or its that simple, food for through, but good luck with reversing the damage.

Just a thought 3.5 KG is about 7.7 LB. 4200 X 7.7 = 32340 WOW! more than I eat in 12 days, you are going to need that luck.

I know Peter I'm shocked.... I mean I didn't over eat just ate crap like pizza , crisps n chocolate on most evenings plus a bottle of wine each night! I have however realised that my body works better with good clean foods .... I feel so bloated!
