Good morning!
It's gonna be a short and cute little journal today.
I'm about to go for my walk, and then go work at the gym. If I wanna make it on time, I gotta be out the door in about ten minutes.
Still, it just doesn't feel right to not have a journal entry. :)
Today is Indulgence Day, but I probably won't be using it. I'll be away from food most of the day - unless we get invited to a BBQ or something tonight. Wife is cooking whatever she'd like, so I am curious what her plan is when I come home.
Still, already knowing my breakfast (smoothie) and lunch (shirmp and wok veggies), I know that I am only at 640 calories when I come home from work. 2800 more to go, if I want to hit max. I doubt that this will happen.
Yesterday I made it to 1700 calories. That's pretty good. I'm happy with it. I felt that I was snacking all day, and that I ate big meals. This also shows on my weight today, no loss (well, 100g) since yesterday. It's all the same.
Anyways, I better get going.
Today, I'm thankful for: - Work at gym, with my 5 km walk first! - Weekend! - Wife!
