34.1% I followed all challenge rules yesterday and got in a ton of exercise. I lost weight but was not feeling quite right. I think I ate too many carbs, and am going to try more protein today.

Good for you, Cindylynnwho!!! LOL, did that sound like something out of a Dr. Suess book?? =) I think we're getting there... practice makes perfect! I'm already so proud of us for starting this new year out the healthy way!!
