Today I lost a pound, hopefully finding my way back to where I was a few days ago. Still a little more to go to get there. I think my issue is general fluxuation, I feel that I get periods where I can not "get anything out" when I go to the rest room. Very annoying, as I feel uncomfortable for some days when that happens. I am considering to buy a mild laxative, maybe that will help me get things running. I want it more to just keep my stomach okay and comfortable than I want it to actually lose weight. When this happens, my stomach hurts.
These last days we have had a lot of potatoes and meat for dinner, and leftovers for lunch. We have finally finished the food that we needed to eat (too much to just ignore and eventually throw out - we're on a budget here) but I am looking forward to eating something different.
I am going to teach music tonight, and that is always a challenge as I do not get to sit down and have actual dinner. I did some rye bread sandwiches for dinner today. That should get me through the day.
