We're in tropical storm conditions, were close to being in hurricane conditions, and there was vodka in the house. With scary winds outside, no gym access, little ability to exercise. (Okay, I was distracted. We have some weights, an exercise mat, exercise bands and the ability to self motivate.) This has not been a good FS day.
