Now THAT'S better! Still feeling pretty good at 1400 calories, and I got in a good run last night. It was also nice to just spend a few minutes sauteing the teryaki chicken breast & having dinner before 6:30pm. Unfortunately I stayed up WAAAYYY to late last night - need to get to bed BEFORE 11pm, not 25 minutes after!
