Oxy didn't work either. Break down. Enema.
Also on Sept 16th made cauliflower cheese breadsticks, apricot power bars and superfood energy balls so been eating all that since then and yogourt covered almonds were on blow out so bought a huge bag and ate all them pretty much. By end of day yesterday was 156lbs so did detox bath too for 20 min. Also ate 4 superfood energy balls, 2 pcs apricot power bars.
68,5 kg Bisher verloren: 5,4 kg.    Still to go: 5,0 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
