I'm not going to pat myself on the back for this weight loss. I know it was simply the result of fluid retention. I drank way too many Pina Coladas on New Year's, and since I have histamine intolerance, the two do not go well, resulting in bloating and weight gain. The good news... the chocolate and other goodies actually didn't add that much to my weight! I'm happy about that! 👍
