OK! So I did bad yesterday. That does not define today. I will not beat myself up mentally because of relapsing yesterday. Yes, relapsing, for food is my drug of choice. I eat for all occasion, be it sad or glad. My want is to be healthy and have energy to enjoy what life I have left with vigor and vim. To get there I have begun to change my ways. A must is to exercise on a daily basis. Heart dr said to start with 10 minutes of activity and build from there. My heart is working correctly, just getting weak because of inactivity. When I worked I got a daily workout, but now is a different story. I must add onto my health program. Go forward, Julie, the pain you will endure is worth the life that you want and are working towards. As dr. said, the most improtant thing in my life right now is my health. Put that before anything. So today must be different from yesterday. I guess me and the Richard Simmons tape Sweating to the Oldies have a date later this morning.....It is later and I did 30 minutes of low impact aerobics with Richard. On recording my exercise for the day there is no aerobics, so I settled for walking at a moderate pace of 3.5 mph.....I did fabulous today. Gal pal asked me to shopping with her and she then wanted to go and get dessert at Ruby Tuesday's. I had just coffee. Thaen later in the day another gal pal asked me to go to the show to see "Country Strong" and her and her pal got pop and popcorn. I did not. I did have snacks tonight, but I could afford them. Yeah !! I hope to weigh less on the scale in 2 days.
