I had a nice, little chunk of weight loss today. :)
I am happy, as I reach a new lowest weight. I love when this happens. These last few days I have been fluctuating, only to lost 1.5kg(!) yesterday, and now additionally 400g today. This brings me to 400g less than I have been before. My size 44 pants are starting to be loose. Sadly, I do not have any size 42, but I do have a size 40 waiting for me. I tried them on today, and while they obviously do not fit just yet, I could ALMOST close them! That is so weird. I look at them, and they look so tiny! I can not believe that I can almost fit them!
Today, I am so happy that I am doing this. We had GREAT dinner yesterday - roasted ham with cabbage and black eyed peas - and in general we are eating much better and tastier foods than we used to. I love it. I hope we can keep this up forever, also when I am down to maintaining.
This is the life. Life is good. :)
