Thanks, breco. It's like to say it was easy for me, but it's not. I've lost some weight several times before and gradually gained it all back. Now that I was finally able to lose ALL the weight I've been trying to lose for years, I'm very determined to not gain it back, so I'm very strict at following the diet rules I set for myself. The struggle continues. Don't feel like you're alone in your struggles, because you're not.
