Well...finally recording my "real" weight for the past week or so, very steady & it's kind of a bummer. BUT according to my little handheld Bioimpedance device the body fat% is down to 35.9. So, can I pretend that the 3lb increase is all muscle???
Anyway, I've been taking this Exercise RX course for my Exercise Science degree, and we went over how to calculate a client's ideal weight. It's complicated, but according to the formula I should weigh 128lbs. That's 7lbs less than my goal weight of 135, and I'm 7lbs above that now. So I need to lose 14lbs??? Let me think about that & get back with you, LOL!
