Hello, fellow Fatsecreteers - and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Just a short check-in today. It's already way past noon, and there are things I need to do today.
I did POOR yesterday, but it was New Year's Eve and I don't care. It's all counted and dealt with, and my numbers have adjusted accordingly for the next while. That's fine.
The knock is about 100 calories per day over the next 28 days. I can choose to either eat less or move more to "pay it back". I will do some of both.
I am 100% okay with this.

Yesterday was the laziest day I have had since the day I had surgery and I was in bed literally all day.
Yesterday, I have ONE minute of "very active minutes" according to fitbit. That one minute - I'm guessing - is when I went to buy candy for the party. LOL. How about that? That's HORRIBLE!
Still, it is what it is. No regrets. None.

The scale obviously shows damage. I'm up a whopping 2.7 kilos. That's about 6 lbs. It's all fluid. According to my scale I gained two kilos of muscle! LOL! The body fat percentage is down 0.4%, and this actually shows no fat gain at all. There IS some, of course, I can't just pig out, eat over my allowance and NOT gain. It doesn't work like that. But there is at least no significant damage.

Today, I will eat enough. My RDI says 2400 calories, and I will have this. It's the lowest allowed intake I can have and not damage muscle mass. So 2400 calories it is. I am fine with that. It'll be a pleasure to have proper food today.

To compensate, I have already spent 100 minutes on the stationary bike. I will also go walk. I WILL get my 10000 steps in today, come hell or high water. It WILL be done.
