Camping last weekend, I put on a little. Lots of beers & beef! Still using coconut oil daily, at least 2 tablespoons, but no more than 4. Try to take it nightly before bed & also in AM in my coffee. Workouts were 2 mile swim, 1 hour bike, & weight lifting day followed by 1/2 mile swim. Also did kettlebells first thing in the AM for 10 minutes @ high intensity.
