Today is my Wednesday! I have passed over the hump, and I am now half way to my goal weight! I have lost 130.8 pounds! I have less weight to lose than I have already lost! 129 more! I can do this. Because I have already done it!
I wanted to give a great big thanks to Draglist for introducing me to the Carson Chow calorie calculator for my ipad. It has been invaluable for the last few months. It works!
Also to KingKeld, because his journals are such a great inspiration to me. Every morning I read his journals, and he reminds me that it can be done, he has done it, and that it is OK to screw up occasionally, that one botched day won't destroy my whole plan. You, good sir are an excellent coach, and I wish you all the success in your future. I'd wish you good luck, but you don't need it. You have the skills.
I have tried to lose weight my whole life, and until I found FatSecret, I have never been successful. Without everyone's support, I couldn't have got this far, and I know that I will make it. It will probably take me a few more years but now I am looking forward to it, instead of dreading it.
