😆 I do the measurements with a fabric tape measure, and I get the body fat from the scale. It's probably not accurate, but so long as it's consistent I'm cool with it 😎

That's a talent you have. Every time I've tried it I can't get it right lol
To scale might not be right, people argue all the time about figuring out body fat and what is accurate and what is not. But I like your attitude as long as you're using the same thing the number of might not be accurate but the consistency is!
