Woah! 200g to go! Christmas has taught me an amazing lesson...if I eat my normal 300c brekky, a big lunch (500c +, including fruit +treat) and a reasonable tea taking total daily Cal's to 1500c (give or take), I feel full all day and happy - no need for extra snacks. I wish I discovered this back in July, it was hard being always hungry for 5 months! 🥳
