Been running 4 days week for 3 of the past 4 weeks and it seems to be paying off. I have a ton of energy, feel great, and each run gets just a little bit easier. I have also noticed not being hungry as often... I am getting pretty good at judging what to eat to stay full, mostly plant based healthy and under 1400 calories a day- even without counting! And the beautiful weather is only helping give me more excuses to go running outside and walk to the farmers market for the fresh spring harvest :)
