It's been a long time since I've last weighed in. Mostly because I gained 10 lbs and was too ashamed to report it. Well, now I'm at the weight where I fell off the wagon and I'm strapped in for the long haul. My best friend is getting married in December and she asked me to be her maid of honor. With some meal planning and hard core gym time, I'm not going to be the fat maid I've always been.
