Here how I know Im on the right track (again), I went to the store last night and looked at the things I really wanted (or thought I did), some I picked up and looked at the nutrition labels, some I didnt, and then I put it back and walked on.

I did buy a pint of Fairlife ice cream to try, knowing that I wasnt going to eat the whole thing in one sitting, and then I was full enough after dinner that I didnt want it. Im hooked on their plain greek yogurt- its so good, so I thought I might like their ice cream too.

Tomorrow we are taking the train to Chicago to go walk around and hang out. I think we are going to hit the Lincoln Park Zoo and check out some secondhand stores. My kid has bigger ideas than the size of my wallet so... who knows what we will actually get up to. Food wise though, Im going to enjoy myself, and not worry about it.
