So apparently last week was just a bump on the road... I'm guessing low weight loss last week has translated into big weight loss this week. I did exercise 5 days this week, and each time was 30-45 minutes, so I think that helped, but I'm hoping that I'm back to my standard steady loss per week next week!

And I'M ORANGE! WOO HOO!

Oh snap! Congrats on the orange baby! I mentioned in a post last night that weight loss is rarely linear...I know for me it isn't, anyway. Sometimes I lose very little if anything for several weeks...then my body decides to let go of the pounds all of a sudden! All the more reason to look at the longer term trends to truly measure progress. You're doing awesome girl!

Awesome on the color change!!!!!!!!!!!! I am more like Kstubblefield...I will not lose anything then all of a sudden 8 lbs will fall off apparently over night. Another comment on the apple cider stuff...it really does curb my appetite..without feeling bloated. Noticing a difference....def take them with your meal though...on a empty stomach...feel weird.

Thanks Jennifer... I haven't gone to the drug store to look for them yet... or are they more of a natural store type product?
