224.6lbs. 0.8lb loss in twenty-one days. Not much of a loss, but frankly I'm surprised that it was any at all. Had two un-recorded 1lb estimated gains but hopefully on the down slope again soon. Stagnation was primarily due to the weather warming, which resulted in a premature thaw of the "porch freezer". Lots of food eaten faster than was planned on, to keep it from going bad. Several meals still packed in ice, but melting fast! High daily protein numbers now a norm! Better weight loss numbers than if I wasn't trying at all though! Try again next week! ⚖️📉🤔... 🗓️
