I gained .2 and I'm trying to tell myself that's ok. I don't need to be below 91 don't even need to be 91 but it's hard because it feels so good to see a loss . I've dieted off and on all my life so my brain says losing is good gaining is bad. It's hard to retrain my thinking after all these years.
