Today, I lost a little of my gain from yesterday again. I am now down to 112.8 kgs, and working my way towards a new low of 112.2. I hope I will reach it soon. I have been thinking a lot about the worries I get when I am not losing weight. I want it to impact me less, since I know that I am doing right. Maybe I should just try to chill a little bit when I gain. I see consistency all the way, so what am I worrying about? I'm in nu rush, I'm doing things the right way AND I'm seeing results. Hopefully, I can ease up on this mentally, and just enjoy the ride.
