Today I will set a new goal. I promised myself, that if I stayed below 110 kgs by this morning, I will set a new goal of getting under 100 kgs. Well, today I weighed in at 109.2 kgs - a nice chunk under 110. I lost 100g since yesterday, and a total of 700 grams these last 9 days. So yes, I will raise the bar (or is it lower it?). My new goal is to reach 100 kgs before October 1st, which means a total of 55 kgs - or 121 lbs. I WAS gonna go swim this morning, but I have so much work to do that I will need to go in early. I don't want to be mentally stressed out because of work, and I think this will benefit me more than the swimming. But swimming IS coming - bought new swim pants and have stuff packed already.
