Well got the graph going the correct way. Read a tip in pinterest to go to be hungry if you want to be skinny. Problem is that all night long I dream of food. Wake up hungry!... Having been eating less carbos and better foods. Drinking water with lemon juice in the morning and green tea with honey and cinnamon. Seems to help with diabetes. As i get older I see the value of exercise but damn I am lazy! Keep the Faith and thanks for you karma.
