Just started partial omad I have already started eating 1000 calories or less (I take multivitamins to obviously not loose my daily supplied needed) 2500 RDI (me) I mostly eat salads. Or proteins or light green yogurts with small bits of granola. Eat a small breakfast in the morning (330-280) cals. And a full meal at night (550 cals)(due to my irregular work schedule) Usually one meal for some days which brings me to 500-600 calories a day. Any recommendations to help muscle growth while on my goal tk loose weight?
