Going between 190-191 as I recover from my prior crash. Hoping to loose at least another 1-2 lbs next week 😊 my body is going through a constant ketogenic state and now am making sure to eat fruits and hydrate my electrolytes after workout. Low carbs diet really work. But I am definitely not doing something considered healthy. Once am back to normal I will eat more for sure to maintain my body weight.
