Weight the same today going prob.5 lower
Trying to maintain 1000 - 1220 at most on calories. Letting my body adjust to the sudden weight loss. Also to prevent starvation mode. I notice that my obliques are starting to take shape, and belly is shrinking a bit on the front. Eating the right nutrients to prevent crashes. I think I need to get a new belt (I have to stick out my belly against it to prevent my pants going lower lol) have to do leg day today 🦵. Have to drink 4-5 bottles of water a day due to my muscle increase and water mass loss due to sweating. Def hydrating myself while working out. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day
