Hi my target by December End is 86kg if possible. I am having gym and workout 4 days a week.. planned 3 days run for minimum 5km each with 8km in any of the day.. (Update Run never crossed 5km till 10th Dece-22 that is only once a week rest 3days 3km per day) (Updated-10-12-2022 Reduced Calories and having max up to 2100per day I am Non-Vegetarian) Update (I take maximum food in Breakfast, Lunch with Fruits only.. during day time having roasted Channa -whole black grams. and Dinner with boilled eggs with Oats items or light indian Khichadi. Sunday Having some Rice/Biriyani or anything else including Pizza (max 1 portion). Please help and advice I am 45year .. (Update lost weight 3kgs in 20 days).. Thank you all for your feedbacks.

Hi, Your workout routine seems nice but trying to lose so much weight in such short time is not a good idea. Don't focus only on weight loss much. Start with your body measurement and then follow a fat loss diet. Take proper nutrition and you'll see thr results soon.

Hi Hanif,
Pls do not get offended or motivated.
Fact is u at 85kg and age 45.
Running will put strain on ur joints and may lead to serious injury, recommendation are to go for a maximum of 3kg weight loss in a month.
Good to start slow and remain focused for 6 month and u will see a great achievement.
Unless u have a history of active exercising good to start slow in 1st 2 months and understand ur body and then ramp up.

You haven't shared about your diet? Without proper nutrition, you will only lose water weight and muscle weight with such vigorous workout regime. On contrary, with proper diet you may experience better results by less workouts too.

Thank you all of you for your valuable feedback.. I lost 3 kgs in 17 days.. my workout is now 5days a week for 1hr each day..I increased core exercise and reduced power exercises.. also having minimum 3km treadmill instead of floor running. I am tracking calories my average calories is 2000pee day.. I removed wheat, rice , potato and junk food from my diet.. Increased consumption of protein.. I am new on this app plz help me to share my diet to you. is possible to share it from my data of this app?? Thank you..

its all about Calories in and calories out...you can enjoy your fav foods under your Calories... everything means everything except Junk foods...you can eat wheat rice and everything... carbs don't make you fat... increase your protein and fiber intake only atleast 1.5x (your body weight) protein and 25-30g of fiber daily in your diet ... excercise and follow a good routine like pull push legs... don't over complicate things sir enjoy your life ❤️

hey all
can anyone guide me
my current weight is 65kg I do intermittent fasting, 1 day fast in a week.
I loose 300 calories by brisk nothing else in exercise.
also I consume around 1200 calories in Day.
will I be able to loose something or can maintain same.??
