A nice, big weight loss at this morning's weigh in! Of course - as always - that makes me happy. What a great way to start the week. I am now able to say "53 kgs" when my co-workers today ask me how much I have lost now. It was a great, smart move to get them all involved. I work as one of the few men in a work environment full of women - and they are all watching my progress like a hawk. This makes me commit at work too, because I want to and of course if I choose to sidestep I will be held accountable for every "wrong" move I make. Today, I will not have too much work to be done - it will be a relaxing day - and then tonight a good friend will come over and we'll go to my garden and water our newly planted potatoes and veggies. I am curious to see if I can make them grow - I have NEVER done gardening before. :) Have a great week, all of you. Life is good.
